The Clan Card Guide and Activity were born from the author’s book “Walking In Your Power- lessons from the grandmothers” Chapter 8- Broken Arrow. What started out as a five-clan interactive activity to understand how the power of clans had in leadership before the arrival of the Europeans. Each clan had specific duties and responsibilities. Each clan member of the clan had a distinct and gifted quality unlike others in the clan. We as a people have lost our ability to see our own individuality. The Clan Card Gide was developed with forty-five different clans in five elemental houses to allow a large body of people to identify their clans and create groups.
